we have accumulated rich experience on different plastic painting bucket molds making and related servo injection molding machine manufacturing. Usually for our paint pail molds, we use steel P20, 718H, DIN2738, DIN2344 accordingly and with moldmax for better cooling if needs.
The pail bucket can be range from 0.5L to 25L bucket .meanwhile ,we could make label on the bucket surface , that is called IML bucket . we have offered many IML pail production line for our customers already .
Take 20L pail mould for example . we can use 718H as mould steel. We can use Dakumar 650Ton, dakumar servo injection molding machines, also can offer you IML picking up robots . we can offer customer the whole IML pail molding factory setting up .
