The PET perform mould we made the cavity and core steel material we use are mostly S136 . while the neck screw steel: neck screw use DIN1.2083 with tempered HRC45 , we make about 150 sets of perform mould each year , we have rich experience in making those kinds of moulds .we have good design department to make design according to customers requirements .we do low level commodity and high level ,everything we done is in our factory , we have high quality tooling machine ,and qualified QC departments .PET preform moulding machine series are designed and manufactured according to PET preform moulding technologies, the professional screw and barrel design, precise temperature controlling system, special ejector design in order to shorten the PET preform moulding line cycle time.
