Chinaplas Expo |Turnkey project line –Sino Mould

Chinaplas as a professional Expo in China ,we attended China expo in Shanghai this year.

This year Chinaplas ,we have three booths at the exhibition . our display four production line

at the exhibition , which attract about 900 customers to visit our booths .

Sino Mould at ChinaPlas 

1)    4 cavity diamond cup product line . the 4 cavity diamond cup mould running on our

Dakumar injection machine 200H , the cycle time is only 4.3 seconds with side CNC robot

2)    The second production line is high polishing name card box ., 1cavity +1 cavity mould

,upper and lower part. We produce this product on the 188T servo motor injection machine

with cycle time 15 seconds .

3)Two colors cup mould running on DKM268SV machine with a injection unit .

Cycle time 30-35s. Acctually ,The injection machine is mixed dual color jet and two

component jet which are matched with special designing complex nozzle can produce

special patterns and different colors on the base of using original mould, and increase the

additive production value,this is the most important points why the cup come out with two

colors at the same time .

4) 4 cavity thin wall container mould running on on DKM200H .with cycle time 4.5s,high

speed injectionmachine is suitable for thin wall container .
