Some plastic plant prefer the lubricant with in mould label, which we call IML lubricant bucket mould .in recent , we have made one lubricant bucket production line for our customer . with front and rear label stick on the bucket . we offer the whole lubricant production for our customers , include HDPE lubricant bucket mould, injection machine for producing the lubricant ,and the IML  robot system .

This is our new IML painting pail production line simulated running in our Dakumar workshops. With our engineer proper adjusting, whole lines workings very fine and stable. The whole injection line included 19L IML painting bucket molds and lid molds, DKM650 ton servo motor injection machines, robot system for label and pick up final parts, injection label unit, and auxiliary machineries. 

Lubricant mould steel we apply 718H for the lubricant mould and can guarantee the mould life can produce more than 500K shots .  the cycle time with IML bucket is 35seconds . we are developing high quality IML lubricant mould as well paint bucket mould .

To offer IML painting bucket lines, besides of good molds and injection machines, we also need pay attention to all unit items good matching with each other.
