Today we will going to talk about something about the injection gate . the gate is a channel connecting the runner with the mould ,it has a small cross-sectional area when compared with the rest of the feed system .

Our company owns a strong design team ,which have special and design ability, usually the size of the gate considered in terms of the gate area and the gate length , the optimum size for a gate will depand on a number of factors such as 1)the material MFI ,2)the wall thickness of the mould ,3)the temperature of the melt .
